1 Introduction and Consent

4 Deposit and Withdrawal Rules

The minimum deposit amount on xs27 is ৳100 (one hundred taka). Currently accepted payment methods are: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and bank transfer. Once a deposit is successfully verified, it will be automatically credited to the account wallet.

4.2 Withdrawals

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500 (five hundred taka). Approved withdrawals are generally completed within 1 (one) hour. Identity verification may be required before a withdrawal request is processed.

4.3 Transaction Verification

xs27 reserves the right to suspend and investigate any suspicious transaction. Accounts may be temporarily or permanently closed on suspicion of involvement in money laundering or fraud.

4.4 Third-Party Payments

Using a payment account or bank card registered in another person's name is strictly prohibited. Only payment methods registered in the user's own name are accepted.

5 Bonuses and Promotional Offers

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New users will receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳15,000. Before this bonus can be withdrawn, a total wagering requirement of 20 times (20x) must be completed. That is, if the bonus amount is ৳1,000, then ৳20,000 worth of bets must be placed.

5.2 General Bonus Terms

• A bonus may only be claimed once (per account, per household, and per device).
• There may be wagering restrictions on certain games when using bonus funds.

• Silver: up to 0.8% weekly cashback.
• Gold: up to 1.1% weekly cashback.

By staying consistently active and participating more on the xs27 platform, users have the opportunity to move up to higher tiers. Cashback amounts are calculated on a weekly basis and paid out the following week. Cashback and VIP benefit terms may be subject to change.

8 Account Suspension and Closure

8.1 Closure by xs27

xs27 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account without prior notice in the following circumstances:

• Violation of these terms and conditions.
• Suspicion of fraud or deception.
• Failure to complete identity verification.
• Extended period of account inactivity.
• Regulatory or legal requirements.

8.2 Closure by the User

You may request to close your account at any time through our support team. A voluntary Self-Exclusion option is also available as part of responsible gaming.

Upon requesting account closure, any outstanding balance will be returned in accordance with our policies, however any bonus funds where the applicable conditions have not been met will be considered void.

14.4 Language

These terms are written in Bengali and the Bengali version is final and legally binding.
